Social Economy

Our organization provides information on the legal framework concerning the Social Economy (Law 4019/2011) and the Social Cooperative Society (CSS), which is a civil partnership with a social purpose and has the legal commercial law capacity. Also, information and support are provided for the process of establishing and operating a Social enterprise, as well as the different types of such that can be set up according to the specific purpose of the enterprise.
